SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Toronto Shades offers free tracked express shipping across Canada, subject to our Shipping Policy.
Processing and delivery times are estimates unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Carrier disruptions, weather, holidays, customs processing, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Nothing in this section limits mandatory rights relating to delayed, lost, or undelivered orders.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Toronto Shades offers a 30-day voluntary return policy starting from the original order date, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
A voluntary return request must be submitted within 30 days of the original order date.
If no return request is submitted within this 30-day period, eligibility under Toronto Shades' voluntary return policy expires.
For voluntary returns:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
CAD $9.95 is deducted from the refund to recover part of the original shipping cost paid by Toronto Shades, including where the original order qualified for free shipping.
These conditions do not apply where prohibited by law or where Toronto Shades is legally responsible for the applicable costs.
The expiration of the 30-day voluntary return period does not affect any mandatory consumer rights, warranties, or remedies available under applicable law.
