RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Toronto Shades, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this Return & Refund Policy.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if the following conditions are met:

  • The sunglasses must be unused and in original condition.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Products must show no signs of wear, damage, or misuse.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 7 business days.

Toronto Shades reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return requirements.

  • Photos of the item if damaged or defective

Please wait for our return instructions before sending any package back to us.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping proof of shipment until your return has been completed.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Orders returned due to incorrect shipping information or unclaimed deliveries may be subject to additional shipping and handling costs.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In that case, you may request a return after delivery according to this policy.
